MERCHANDISE INSPECTION: The customer, upon receipt of shipment, should carefully inspect all merchandise. Any visible damage should be noted on the delivery receipt.
RETURN GOODS PROCEDURE: Merchandise cannot be returned without prior authorization from Exotic Beauty Supply. All returns must be initiated within 7 days from receipt of goods. All returns, must be shipped to the location specified by Exotic Beauty Supply
ITEMS NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR RETURN INCLUDE: Custom made products, special customer orders, non-stocked or discontinued items, products that will expire in less than six months and items in unsanitary condition. The customer is responsible for all returns until received by Exotic Beauty Supply.
All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days (not including weekends and holidays), unless otherwise noted in the item description. We do NOT process orders placed after 2pm EST. Orders will not be shipped out the same business day if received after 2pm. We can NOT guarantee delivery times unless you order next day or 2nd day delivery - send an email of your order with instructions - shipping in this manner is at cost to the purchaser.
The system calculation is not always correct. Therefore, we reserve the right to review the shipping cost, but if a change is needed, we will not ship an item(s) until we receive confirmation from you.
we do NOT refund you the shipping costs that you paid for the products when processing returns.
All shipments are insured in case the products become damaged or loss; However, if your order cannot be insured due to the conditions or circumtances of the final destination, the buyer assumes total responsability and the seller is clear of liability.
